Google & Lendlease have partnered to jointly develop three districts in Silicon Valley that will end up delivering 20k+ residential units, 20M+ sqft of commercial office, hundreds of acres of open green space and over 3M sqft of active use.

We designed a series of placebooks that were distinct and unique to the vision and culture of each district.
